MASTERCLASSES

The masterclass ‘Emulating Eratosthenes’ has been written to support students and teachers of International Baccalaureate Mathematics courses. It is the first of a series of resources designed to help students fulfil the project/portfolio requirements of their course. Whilst the unit is independent, it is best undertaken in parallel with work done from one or more of the following IBID Press texts: Mathematical Studies SL: Chapter 16 page 467 ff. Sections 17.3 & 4, page 517 ff. Mathematics SL: Chapter 9 page 273 ff. Mathematics HL: Chapter 9 page 273 ff.
