Cesar teaches IB Physics, MYP Science and IGCSE Coordinated Sciences at the Overseas Family School, Republic of Singapore. Previously, he taught at Port Moresby International School in Papua New Guinea, where he was the Deputy Principal for Academics and the IB Coordinator. He also taught at the University of the Philippines and the De La Salle University in the Philippines. He graduated with a degree in Physics from the University of the Philippines. He completed his Diploma in Teaching from St. Scholastica’s College in Manila and he studied for a Masters in Physics at the De La Salle University. Cesar has been teaching the IB Diploma Physics Programme for the last eight years.
